Return Policy

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it in its original condition within 20 days from when you received it! Just contact customer service at support@shoptimeexchange.com and we will send you a call tag to send back your purchase. Once we receive your shoes we will credit your account via your payment method. It’s that easy. Please return with original box, tags, and original packaging.

EXCHANGES

If your purchase did not meet your expectations and you would like to exchange for a different style please contact customer service at support@shoptimeexchange.com within 20 days of receiving your order and we will send you a call tag to send back your product. Once we receive your exchange product we start the exchange process. Please return with original box, tags, and original packaging.
